Hello, so I recommend to you to open your hard drive tray and remove your hard drive, clean the connector and replug in for check if your disk is starting (mechanical) when you power on your PC.
For help you can use your maintenance manual, pages 32 to 34:

If it is working I recommend to you backup all your files.. If not working, do you have an order drive or an other PC you can insert your disk into to try?

Hi . I tested the laptop hard drive on another laptop it was healthy and turned on but it doesn't detect on my laptop and it doesn't turn

If your drive is don't turn it is probably not a BIOS problem, so you can try to update the BIOS but it is a risked operation, you risk to brick totally your motherboard.
I think you need to check the connexion cable. I see you need to have an adapter between the connector and your drive, you can clean it and the connector on the PC. Personally I am using domestic alcool and stem ribs for this operations.
