HP Omen
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Around 10 days ago, and for no apparent reason my letter D on the laptop keyboard decided not to work. Given that I purchased my laptop last September, and with 3 months of guarantee to spare I went to check it up. However, the guy working there "chief engineer" although I doubt he graduated high school, decided that the reason behind such malfunction is misusing from my part, which automatically places the laptop out of guarantee. He says that I have spilled a drink or something. Now this cant be any further from the truth as I am treating the laptop good and I do not eat or drink near it, who would with a $1,800 laptop? This is causing inconvenience to me and I personally see it as a cheap hit to avoid replacing or fixing the issue. I am currently in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and I need a solution to my problem.
