Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I obtained this extremely old Notebook 14-bs020tu. I have it running pretty well considering it's age with a heavily debloated win 11. Anyway the issue is the laptops fan and heatsink we're taken out for some reason before I received it. I know running it without either is risky but for the moment I have the back off and using and external monitor so the laptop is upside down with a small desk top fan on it. sounds crazy but it's the only thing I can think of until I can get a part number for a fan and heatsink.

Any information would be very much appreciated!

Thanks 👍

Hi @Al_14-bs020tu

These models, having a Celeron CPU, do not have a fan, only a heat sink. It does not originate so much energy that can heat,

Thank you!

I'm extremely new as you may have guessed.

I could see the empty space underneath where I thought a fan would have been, so I only assumed it had been removed. As for the heatsink well looking at your diagram that is already there. Again my inexperienced eye was looking for a shiny copper tubing 🤦.

Thank you again.

 SOLVED.

You are welcome, but this board is used for intel Core CPU too, in this case if they have FAN.
