Купил сыну, примерно с год назад, этот Ноутбук и установили на нем в GPT Ubuntu 18.04 и второй системой Windows 10. К сожалению, ему крайне нужна Windows 7, есть дистрибутив на DVD и есть внешний DVD USB Pioner 3Q.

Внезапно выяснилось, что установка не проходит через USB 3.1 порты, не проходит через USB 2.0 на GPT раздел. После долгих танцев с бубном, пришлось снести GPT и вернуться на MBR и Windows 7 установилась в раздел, но теперь в диспетчере устройств много не правильно работающих устройств, в т.ч. нет драйвера USB 3.1, не опознан драйвер сетевого подключение RJ-45 и не работает Wi-Fi, то есть подключиться к Интернет - нельзя никак. Другого компьютера дома - нет.

На сайте Вашей поддержки система Windows 7 не указана. Что мне теперь делать или что я сделал не так?

Настройка БИОС есть только или в режиме UEFI или в совмещенном режиме Legacy + UEFI, при этом UEFI - имеет приоритет. Если переключаю в режим UEFI, то не видит никакого внешнего носителя для установки систем ни USB накопителя ни сети - ничего, кроме своего SSD диска! Версия БИОС F.21
