Hi,
I have a HP 15-AC120NA notebook, I hadn't used it in years up until the past 2 weeks but all seemed OK.
Last night I was using it while it was charging and I noticed that the battery icon keeps changing between connected and not connected.
I shut down the notebook and the charging light was red to indicate charging, 5 mins later the light changed to blue for around a minute and then it goes back to red.
I have used the HP Support Assistant to check the battery and it says it's 'normal' and the capacity is '87%'
Am I right in assuming this is a hardware issue? and if so any ideas what the problem is likely to be? notebook? battery? or charger?
