Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi all!

I'm going to buy a new HP laptop, this 15s-eq3004sl.
Still, I wish to know if this PC has 2 available memory slots or if the RAM modules are soldered.

Hi, Giovanni:

 

Unfortunately, HP only has the service manual for the first generation 15s-eq0xxx model series available.

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP 15 Laptop PC

 

Assuming nothing has changed as far as the way the notebook is configured, there are two memory slots, and the memory can be upgraded.

 

On the old model series 2 x 8 GB of memory is supported.

 

The memory removal and replacement procedure can be found in Chapter 5.

 

The Crucial memory report for the 15s-eq3xxx model series indicates the memory can be upgraded to 2 x 16 GB.
