Notebook HP Pavilion DV7 6b00 does not install INTEL graphic drivers, and for drivers recommende by HP in the DRIVERS SUPPORT it presents the following issue:
a) SP52473.exe => Send the message: "The system does not meet the minimum requirements for software installation" .
b) SP54470.exe => Send the message: "The contend of this file cannot be unpacked. The executable you are attempting to run has been corrupted. Please, obtain another copy of the file, verify its integrity and try again."
NOTE: The AMD redeaon graphics install OK!
About this uninStall graphic driver I need to inform you that:
1) I bought this notebook with the catalyst AMD Radeon Graphic BURNED! I concern about a poor HP cooling design for it!
2) To solve this problem, insted to replace the AMD graphic, was bought a new HP main board on EBAY (not reffurbished say the seller and I believe by its reputation and by have 6 equal been sold) for DV7-6b00. So its main board was changed and only the Intel microprocessor was replaced in this new board.
So, actually HP software detect my notebook as:
- Product #: A11.97AAR#ABA
Inside of battery compartment of it are wrote:
Note: Trying to solve the problem with HP Driver, from INTEL site was installed a tool for autamatic detect Intel products and update drivers that does not solve the the graphic problem!
Someone can help me?
