Hi:
If your notebook has an Intel 8th gen core processor, it will support 2 x 16 GB of memory.
The Crucial memory report for your notebook indicates that this is possible.
HP - Compaq ProBook 470 G5 | Arbeitsspeicher RAM- & SSD Upgrades | Crucial DE
Your notebook's processor can run the memory at a maximum speed of 2400 MHz.
I recommend this kit:
Crucial 32GB Kit (2 x 16GB) DDR4-2400 SODIMM | CT2K16G4SFD824A | Crucial DE
See chapter 1, page 1 of the service manual for the memory upgrade information.
HP ProBook 470 G5 Notebook PC Maintenance and Service Guide
Two customer-accessible memory module slots supporting up to 32 GB of RAM

You're very welcome.
Yes, it will support 2 x 16 GB of memory as indicated by the Crucial memory report and the service manual.
You can also do this to confirm how much memory your notebook can support:
1. In the search box, search for cmd and click Run as administrator.
This will open the command prompt.
2. Once command prompt is opened, type wmic memphysical get maxcapacityEx and hit enter.
There, it will show the maximum RAM capacity your PC's motherboard can support.
The capacity is shown as Kilobytes, so you have to convert it to Gigabytes by dividing the number provided in the report by 1,048,576.
I'm pretty sure the report will indicate that your notebook supports 2 x 16 GB of memory.
