Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Notebook - 15-af156sa - Energy Star - Prod No: N7J79EA#ABU

MY notebook only shipped with 4Gb RAM.

I would like to upgrade to either 8Gb or 16Gb RAM.

Can anyone advise me what chip/chips I need to purchase.

The current chip is a 4Gb Micron Technology 1600 Mhz

Yes, you can upgrade to

 

(a) 8GB : add 4GB more to slot 2 using the following RAM

(b) 16GB: install 8GB each on both slots using
