Hello! I have been having a problem with my HP Notebook 250 G7. It doesn't charge when it's plugged in and used at the same time, while it charges fine when it's turned off or in sleep mode. I contacted HP support, but they told me that this issue might be due to some loose parts in the charger. So, I got a new charger with the exact specifications as the previous one, hoping it would fix the issue. I guess it didn't. Could someone please help me?charging with new charger when in sleep mode

Invoke the Device Manager and expand the Batteries device.
Right-click and delete the Invoke the Device Manager and uninstall the Microsoft AC Adapter and the Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery. It is safe to do this.
Click on the Action tab and then click on scan for hardware
changes.
The operating system should install a fresh copy of the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery and the Microsoft Adapter devices.
The Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery device is what enables communication between the BMS chip in the battery and the BMS chip in the laptop while booted into the operating system by way of the smBus.
Otherwise, the battery charging, when the laptop is not on, is controlled by the charging circuit on the system board.
