HP Notebook - 15-ba009dx

Hi! So I recently noticed that my HP Notebook (15-ba009dx) stops charging at 84%. As I researched about what seems to be the problem, I found some tips to find out what happened. So I ran a test through the hardware diagnostics UEFI. I failed on the power source test and it says:

Battery Check: Primary - Replace (42)

What does this mean? Does my notebook have a battery problem or it lies with the adapter or the power on where I connect to? Hope you can help me with this so I know what to do on why my pc stops charging at 82-84%

Hi!  I ran the test and it says this... So what seems to be the problem? Should i be concerned, it says its normal but still doesn't charge after it reaches 82-84%?

UPDATE

I noticed that the led light on the charging port is blinking slowly from orange to white simultaneously when it reached 79%. So I ran the test again when the charger is plugged in and when it is not plugged in.

It showed me this result.

When the charger was plugged in at 81%, it suddenly said the battery needs to be replaced and from the word charging (when it was still at 29%) it changed to "charged" at 81 while it is still plugged in.

Then when I unplugged it, and ran the test again, it showed another yet normal result. its getting very confusing now. 😞 i am genuinely confused on whether the my battery does really have a problem or it lies to the ac adapter or the power on where i connect it to.
