HP Notebook 15-f233wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had installed 2 driver updates from HP solutions on my notebook and now I can not do anything. It boots up and I can sign in, but I can't do anything else once I sign on. When I try to hit my start button I get this error; Critical Error. Your start menu is not working. We'll try to fix it the next time you sign in, which it never does. I haven't tried going to bios as it is my first Windows 10 system. Is there a way to fix this without shelling out $100?
