Number 5, 6 and underscore keys are not working!

Hi,

I have the keys 5, 6 and the underscore are not working! I did all the suggested solutions with no good result! 

The laptop details are: 

Model: HP EliteBook 830 G5

S/N: [Personal Information Removed]

Windows 11, 64 b

Press F2 after powering on to enter diagnostic, and you will have an option to run a hardware keyboard test.

(2) You can check the ribon cable from the keyboard that is connected to the mainboard

(3) If the error is not corrected, the keyboard must be replaced.
