Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When using my number pad on my keyboard, if I for example press the number "1" this comes up instead "41" and that's the issue I have been having with the arrow keys and the rest of the numbers. Each one of the numbers and arrows keys comes up with something different from what it should be. I tried restarting my laptop, updating it but nothing seems to work.
