Hi,
Today while logging into windows, I noticed that the numbers keys from 1 to 4 and from 7 to 0 are not working and only 5 and 6 keys work, although I can type all numbers using on screen keyboard or by using an external USB keyboard.
The numbers I'm mentioning here are located on the row above QWERT letters and under function keys, I do not have number pad on my keyboard.
I'm using windows 8.1
HP Pavilion G4 Notebook
Thanks in advance..

@Megahut, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I see that the number keys on the keyboard are not working, I'd suggest you use the document HP Notebook PCs - Keyboard Troubleshooting (Windows) to isolate and resolve the issue.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thanks for the reply,
I've already tried this troubleshoot while searching and the problem still exists.
Another thing I'd like to clear up, I tried to create a password using these numbers in the bios screen and it did not work either.
I hope this would help..
