My laptop came with an Nvidia gtx 950m gpu. A couple of months ago I rebooted my computer to find that the Nvidia control panel was missing. I have already tried reinstalling the drivers, performing a clean install, looking through the bios (but unfortunately some features are locked by default) and looking through device manager. The card used to be detected under hidden devices in device manager and was not working due to error 45(not connected to the computer), but I took it in to a computer place and they said that the gpu was dead. This was very odd since the gpu stopped working within seconds when it was working before. After i took it to this computer place, the gpu is no longer detected. This is my last resort as I have basically almost given up on this, but I want this issue to be resolved.
My laptop has an intell i7 6700hq cpu and intel hd graphics 530 if that helps
