Hello today i noticed my nvidia graphic card is not working and is not showing in device manager so I went to hp driver page and entered my serial number and downloaded a Nvidia driver but I got " this graphic driver could not find compatible graphics hardware " error then i downloaded latest driver from nvidia website, again the same error. I even reinstalled windows 10

OS : windows 10 build 19044

You're very welcome.
Someone at the assembly plant must have made an error when applying the Nvidia graphics sticker to your notebook.
Even the parts list indicates that the motherboard only came with the Intel graphics adapter.
MOTHERBOARD UMA i5-4210U STD
UMA = Unified Memory Architecture (Onboard Intel graphics with shared system memory).

According to the product specs for your notebook, it came with the onboard Intel graphics adapter only, not the switchable Intel/Nvidia graphics.

There is nothing missing from your notebook other than that which is supposed to be missing.
