I have upgraded my hp envy bp112dx with samsung nvme 970 evo plus 500 gb ssd but I am unable to get it's full speed which is more than 3000mbps . It gives me only 800 mbps . I checked in samsung magician software it shows PCIe interface 3×1 and this supports 3×4 so how to upgrade/change/ modifie the Pcle interface or is there any other settings please tell me. I am attaching the pictures for refference in which PCIe 3×1 is showing and some benchmark results

@Prem24 As shared earlier, in another related post, I see that the tech had mentioned the link to the maintenance & service manual to be used as a guide before upgrading at your own discretion, here's what I see:
Parts tested and approved to work by HP:
That said, since HP does not recommend or support upgrades, in my personal opinion its best you check with a local tech for support related to your concern,
Or contact the samsung support for assistance.

Can u please confirm that hp envy bp112dx supports Nvme PCIe interface 3.0×4 bec according to manual
Support for hard drive and solid-state drive
Hard drive:
Support for 6.35-cm (2.5-in) hard drives in 7.0- and 7.2-mm (.28 in) and 9.5-mm (.37 in) thicknesses (all hard
drives use the same bracket)
Support for Accelerometer hard drive protection
Support for a 1-TB, 7200-rpm, 9.5-mm hard drive
Solid-state drive: Support for the following solid-state drives:
For use only on computer models with model numbers 15m-bp1xx through 15-bp1xx:
● 512-GB, 2280, Peripheral Component Interconnect Express (PCIe), Non-Volatile Memory Express (NVMe)
solid-state drive
● 256-GB, 2280, PCIe, NVMe solid-state drive
For use on all computer models:
● 512-GB, 2280 M.2, PCIe-3×4, SuperSpeed (SS), Non-Volatile Memory Express (NVMe) solid-state drive
with triple level cell (TLC)
● 360-GB, 2280 M.2, PCIe3×4, SS, NVMe solid-state drive with TLC
● 256-GB, 2280 M.2, PCIe3×4, SS, NVMe solid-state drive with TLC
● 256-GB, 2280 M.2 SATA-3 solid-state drive with TLC
● 128-GB, 2280 M.2 SATA-3 solid-state drive
Dual-storage FonƭgurDtions
● 1-TB, 7200-rpm, 9.5-mm hard drive + 256-GB, PCIe, NVMe solid-state drive with TLC
● 1-TB, 7200-rpm, 9.5-mm hard drive + 128-GB, M.2 SATA-3 solid-state drive with TLC
● 1-TB, 7200-rpm, 9.5-mm hard drive + 128-GB, SATA-3 solid-state drive
As my laptop comes under 15m bp1xx it says nvme pcie supports but not exactly PCIe 3.0×4 so please confirm that it supports Nvme pcie 3.0×4 as interface . Is there any specific software/ drivers need to install after installing nvme to get the most of it

@Prem24 It's the last section of what we've both shared, under Dual - Storage configuration and I'm afraid 512GB SSD is not tested with 1TB of HDD which means it may or may not work, I suggest you exchange the SSD with 128 or 256 GB as described in the guide and it should work fine.
Also, it looks like it only supports NVMe and SATA3 interface and no there aren't any specific software/driver as such.
I hope that helps!

Now it is working in PCIe 3.0×4 and ssd is giving full speed . Bec the windows was not booting from ssd I disconnected hhd and then installed windows again on ssd and after that I installed samsung nvme drivers and checked the PCIe interface and I was getting PCIe 3.0×4 then I connected back my hhd and now Windows is booting from ssd and interface is also 3.0×4 and I am getting full performance 🤗
