Hello,
could you tell me the mentioned in the topic pads dimensions for VRAM (and of course the rest of the components)?
Originally there was a thermal gel applied though I would say it was some kind of unidentified kind of goo which caused overheating (about 105 Celcius). Even with normal CPU thermal paste the temps dropped by 20-25 degrees.
But now it's been almost 3 years since the replacement and I'd like to try thermal pads. The only thing I do not know is how thick they should be.
