Greetings.
I can't understand if the OMEN 16-wf0007nl notebook has the possibility of installing 2 SSDs. Is it possible to install another SSD in addition to the one installed at the factory?

Hi:

 

Yes, the 16-wf models have support for two M.2 NVMe drives.

Here is the service teardown video...it is interesting that the 16-wd0xxx model series does not have support for two M.2 NVMe SSD's and they used the 16-wf0xxx model to make this video.

Both models share the same service manual.

Good morning.
In the end I purchased the OMEN 16-wf1002nl model, and it seems it is possible to install 2 SSDs with the limitation of 512 GB each. Why this limitation?
Can't I install 2 1TB SSDs?

Good morning:

 

The drive capacities listed in the service manual are normally just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.

 

For example, the Crucial SSD report for the model series indicates that they sell NVMe SSD's up to 4 TB in storage capacity.
