HP OMEN 15
Microsoft Windows 11

Most OMEN Gaming Hub features and HP support Centre stopped working after cumulative updates of windows 10. So, I upgraded to windows 11 to solve it, but same problem happened.

NOTE: I already downloaded and installed the update package and nothing changed.

Please help me solve the issue.

Hi @Praveendv

Every driver is up to date but still having the problem.

I tried to update bios using the link you gave me and it says : "this BIOS update is blocked on this device".

I understand that you're unable to update the BIOS OMEN 15  and it needs to download one by one and needs to restart the computer to make sure the Adapter or Charger needs to be connected,

Hi @AbuJaber911 ,

Welcome to the Hp Sup[port Community forum!

I suggest that the issue is with the  Windows 10 or 11 operating system and updates, not the BIOS.

Your statement "Most OMEN Gaming Hub features and HP support Centre stopped working after cumulative updates of windows 10."

That points right to what is the most likely cause of the issue. You may end up having to restore Windows to get the two apps working again.

The first thing to try is rolling back the Microsoft updates to get your Windows 10 OS to the state it was in before the HP Support Assistant and Omen Gaming Hub stopped working.

I found a way to update BIOS to F.23 but nothing changed unfortunately.

@Erico

I rolled back in updates and they both worked yesterday. But today both stopped working again.

Hi,

It appears that you are at the point where restoring Windows may be the best option.

The clean installation may resolve the issue.
