Product: OMEN HP Laptop 17t-ck100 Battery

I just bought the OMEN by HP Laptop 17t-ck100 on 12/5/22 and it just arrived. I noticed while I'm using it the battery life only last for an hour and half tops. The computer is brand new so why is it doing that? I dont have tools to take it apart and I don't want to either its about $1600 dollar computer spank brand new it shouldn't have these problems. What can I do to solve this issue?

Let me check your basic system configuration before we dive deeper ...

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

 

OS Name

Version

System Model

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date
