Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-dh1059nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I purchased new monitors believing that my computer was capable of running G-SYNC. I purchased it from MicroCenter and shows G-SYNC in the more info page below, but the "Enable G-Sync" Option isn't available on the NVIDIA display tree menu. I disconnected the monitors and attempted the setting with just my laptop display alone and still don't see the setting. Upgraded the NVIDIA drivers to the newest and am now starting to question whether it is available at all on this model.

My product # for the machine is 3C585UA.

 

Does anyone have any concrete information on whether it does or doesn't have the ability to run G-Sync please?

No all machines of the series support G-Sync. The specs of your machine is

 

            https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06646330

 

It only has GTX 2060 which does not support G-Sync. The series ONLY has few machines which has GTX 2070 and they support G-Sync.

 

I'm waiting for a right manual from HP. At this stage, I have to use older manual for previous series.
