Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-en0023dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The keyboard on my HP OMEN Laptop 15-en0xxx does not work despite not having any physical damage. In particular the x and windows key have not been working. Alongside these keys the r and spacebar key are having problems on and off of working. I've already tried the keyboard diagnostic and found my x and windows key don't give any response. I've also already tried uninstalling the keyboard drivers and restarting the PC. Please help me solve this problem.
