Hello again Echo_Lake I am an HP Employee --- Please do not take umbrage at following comments.
However, you indicated (as an HP employee) that ‘someone’ at HP wud ‘get back to me’ concerning the multiple issues I have raised in this forum. BUT - comme habitude – NO ONE at HP has communicated with me yet -- as you had suggested. Further, I responded to YOU in this same ‘thread’ asking what you do at HP, such that I might determine your ability to ACTUALLY get some RESULTS from the HP management. Sooo, why do u make posts, as u did, suggesting ‘…help is on the way…’ WHEN, in fact,
NO HELP is/was ‘…on the way…’ ?? That I worked at HP for > 20 yrs as a technical/marketing/management/GENERAL MGR and another 15 yrs as a General Mgr/Director/other at CRAY, Sequent, Informix, IBM [providing me w/sufficient mental acuity and experience in this business, I believe], allows me to suggest that these banal and irresponsible posts by inexperienced -- although possibly well-meaning – kids or others are valueless to Customers who are experiencing REAL
ISSUES severely impacting the usage of this/these HP products. Especially, when I have ALREADY apprised entire HP management staff of same issue ---- WITH NO RESPONSE --- other than to call tech
support --- which I have DONE multiple times --- as mentioned previously. The tech support people in Albuquerque have been VERY helpful -- HOWEVER --- they cannot/could not resolve such issues as: display pixels damaged DOA; missing RAM memory; DOA Optane card; wrong OS; incorrect configurations; ‘hidden keystroke/keylogger spyware’; several other problems. Having spent >75 hours attempting to rectify these issues as well as > $450 for missing/defective hardware, I asked HP management to ‘swap’ this unit for a REPLACEMENT unit of current vintage --- with NO SATISFACTORY RESPONSE from them. Their names and e-mails follow: ECR-MGRS <ecrmgr@hp.com>, Glen.Hopkins@hp.com, Christoph.Schell@hp.com, Kim.Rivera@hp.com, Vikrant.Batra@hp.com, tuan.tran@hp.com, alex.cho@hp.com, Enrique.Lores@HP.com
Maybe, just maybe, the computer gods will shine favorably and get me ANOTHER machine !!! Thank you. jimdandee123 hot male Thanks again !!!!

EXCELLENT comments -- Kudos to TerribleOMEN !!!!!! It's about TIME someone decided to bring horrendous problems/issues
to attention of HP management. Hopefully, everyone (paying CUSTOMERS) who receives faulty/DOA/problem-plagued products from HP should contact HP management similarly to apprise them of issues. We Customers spend lots of $$$$ on HP products and EXPECT those products to WORK/RUN properly !!!! If ' We Customers ' end up spending HOURS/DAYS/more attempting to FIX these problems caused by HP mfg/quality control/poor design/etc ---- that 'opportunity cost' goes UNRECOGNIZED by HP !!! Further, HP should 'belly up' & honor their responsibility to either FIX or REPLACE their deficient products !!! Thank you.
