I have a 2-year-old OMEN by HP - 17-an053nr. My Battery recently stopped working. It's been declining in performance over time. A full charge would only get me 20 minutes and usually turning off at 50%. Now it shows 73% but does not charge when plugged in. Also if I unplug the power from the wall the Laptop dies immediately.
I don't think I have ever had a Laptop whose battery stopped working after just 2 years, so it's possible that this issue is fixable. Also, where can I get a replacement, I tried using the HP assistant but nothing came up for battery under my product name.
Thanks
