Please be aware that different markets have different spec for the same model number.
OMEN by HP 17-cb1010ca the CA says canada.
your link was i assume australia.
please explain about the gen 10 processor

I don't know other places but the specs, manuals, drivers ... are global. For specs, HP gives last 2 or 3 characters at the end for country/region codes. Normally ca is for Canada, tu or tx are for Australia or Aisia Pacific region .... Specs for a model is for that model, doesn't matter where.
