Omen 15 left screen hinge is broken

The left hand screen hinge to my laptop started coming out today out of nowhere. I opened my laptop today and it felt different, and when I went to close it, the left side of the screen almost came out from the base frame of the laptop. Is this fixable? Will it be replaced?

My hp laptop has broken hinge area too with cracking noise every time i opened and closed laptop but being out of warranty i could not get this fixed with Hp laptop was taken to my local repair centre they have replace whole body lid cover  but kept screen same moved from old frame to new one and now laptop is totally fine. 

I was strongly advised not to use laptop until frame gets replaced as broken frame can cause damage to screen it self or cables inside which are quiet fragile. 

I would recon take laptop to local repair centre and get casing replaced.
