Product: OMEN Laptop - 15-ek0013dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi! My Omen 15 gaming laptop will not power on. When I plug it in, the power button blinks white, but the computer still does not power on. I tried replacing the charger, but that did not work. I also tried a hard reset, which did not resolve the issue either. I have been thinking of replacing the internal battery, but I would like some other opinions before I commit to buying it.

HP Recommended

If it will not power up using the A/C adapter then there is more wrong than the battery
