Omen 16-n0038nb european replacement charger

Greetings,

My omen 16's charger has recently started making some strange sounds so i wanted to look for a replacement charger in case this one dies, but i've got no clue where to start looking on amazon or what specs it should need.

How do i find a replacement?

P.S: I'm looking for one compatible with european outlets. All of the ones suggested for Omen 16 seem to be american/british ones

The power adapter part number and description is:

M95376-001

AC ADPTR 280W PFC SMART 3PIN 4.5mm

The power adapters are multinational.  It is the power cord that goes from the wall socket to the adapter that is region-specific.

You can use the existing power cord on the replacement adapter as long as it is not damaged.

You can see if the HP parts store has one available but right now the site is not working.  The page won't finish loading.

You can also do a search by the HP power adapter part number on eBay and see if you can find a used but tested and working genuine HP power adapter.  Those usually come with the power cords included.

How would i order one with an european cable? Or how would i look for replacements if the charger isn't available on HP's site (i think i saw it list as unavailable).

What should i be looking out for when ordering a new power adapter/cable? I'm a noob with hardware, sorry. What kind of specifications are important to look for ?

I already gave you the specifications and part number for the power adapter right from the parts list.

Can't be of any more help than that.

The power cord part number and description for the power cord used in Belgium would be this one and it is also in the parts list link I posted for you.

I recommend that you contact one of HP's authorized suppliers at the link below who do business in Belgium and see if they can locate the parts you need.

Otherwise you can do a search by the HP power adapter part number and power cord part number on Amazon and find a compatible aftermarket power supply that references those part numbers, but I recommend that you try and find an genuine HP power adapter for best results.
