- Omen 17 330w charging limitations with Thunderbolt 4 docks

I have a Dell Thunderbolt 4 dock that I use for my work laptop and a few other specific devices, but since the Omen 17 comes with a 330w adapter, it seems like this isn't enough to even register any any sort of power input when connected (though other functionality works fine).
So are there any Thunderbolt docks that would support this laptop for charging, or is the expectation that it ALAYS needs to plug in? I didn't realize these limitations before purchase and it removes a significant part of why I got a laptop with a Thunderbolt port at all (it's my wife's and I'd like her to be able to plug into my desk setup as-needed).
I'm seeing that there's going to be a Thunderbolt 5 with up to 240w available in the future, but I wouldn't know if the Thunderbolt 4 port on this laptop would be able to take advantage of the increased wattage.
