So apparently my Hp Omen 17 battery needs to be replaced within jst a year of purchase. Ive tried contacting hp multiple times for its replacement part when it was still in warranty. Warranty is over and no feedback from HP. I cant even find the HP store from its store locator page in Madrid, Spain. Anybody know the part number or where i can go and have it replaced from?

@sanjeevgeorge Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you would like to replace the battery.

8 cell 82 WHr 2.8 AH Li-ion (for products with N17P (GTX 1050/GTX 1050Ti) processors) 922976-855

8 cell 82 WHr 3.0 AH Li-ion (for products with N17E GTX 1070/GTX 1060 processors) 922977-855

You could purchase the part from HP, use the HP Parts surfer to identify the part: http://partsurfer.hp.com/search.aspx

And order it via the HP Parts store: https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/CountryChoice.aspx?mscssid=&ccode=ZZ&lcode=ZZ

Or alternatively, Contact HP for setting up an order/service via phone support

Or you can contact local stores and [purchase the battery.

Thank you Praveen. I was able to contact HP support and was advice to contact the Hp support of the country I bought the laptop from. I was also informed that HP does not have any official service centers in Spain.

The hplaptopbattery website you directed me to looks to be Australian site. Can you redirect me to maybe the UK or Spain site if it exists?
