You haven't really identified yours yet.
When you do not identify your desktop or laptop PC, you tie our hands behind our backs. Help us to help you.
When logged into Windows, hold down the Windows key and tap the R key once.
That will open the Windows run dialogue
Type in msinfo32 and press enter.
The ninth line is the SKU and the HP product number. Kindly post it in your next reply in your thread.
The System SKU/Product ID will enable us to determine the hardware configuration of your notebook.

You will need to install the Omen Gamin Hub to have access to the RGB animation on your keyboard.
On the driver download page look at the bottom for the Omen Gaming Hub SDK package.

This is already installed. I just want to know if animation rgb is an extra option. I have the 4 zone rgb option. As it is shown in tha picture, i only have STATIC or OFF options.

Which version of the Gaming Hub is installed?
Mine is V. 1101.2309.4.0
Click on Light Studio, in the list on the left side, then choose the animation effect you want to use.
Even older versions have it.
