Omen Accelerator Help

Does my laptop support the Omen Accelerator? It wouldn't let me install the SP80611 saying my laptop doesnt support that firmware. I guess i also assumed the USB-C with the little lightening bolt above the port and being an omen laptop.

Unfortunately, your product will not support Omen Accelerator.

OMEN by HP 15 Laptop (supported on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 configurations of models 15-ce0xx)

OMEN by HP 17 Laptop (supported on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or GeForce GTX 1070 configurations of models 17-an0xx)

OMEN X by HP 17 Laptop PC (models 17-ap0xx)

HP ENVY 27 All-in-One PC (models 27-b1xx)

HP ENVY 34 Curved All-in-One PC (models 34-b0xx)

1. Compatible with Windows®-based PCs with Thunderbolt™ 3 port.

2. Graphics cards sold separately. 3rd party cards with enhanced coolers (i.e. 3-fan designs or liquid-cooled designs) may not fit.
