HP Recommended

I am using Rhino with Vray render for my project with my newly purchased Omen Transcend 14 2025 (Ultra 255H+RTX5060) . I choose the GPU render mode. However, my omen only gives the GPU 30W and CPU 30W in performance mode. The GPU wattage is so low that my previous 3050 laptop renders the scene faster....

How could I apply more wattage for the GPU in my scenario.
