Product: OMEN by HP Laptop 15-dc1xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had the laptop for a day and I've tried every single thing but for some odd reason the keyboard lighting does not seem to work. I've tried doing all the updates and downloading any hardware diagnostics. could this be a hardware problem?

How many zones on your keyboard. Can you see something like the following image from OCC ?

Please use Windows Store to update OCC first.
