I bought a HP Omen 15-ax299nb 3 years ago and i paid a 1100Euro's for it. a year after i using it my top cover started to crack and just ignored it. recently it became worse and it crack in 2/3 parts. the student i am i want to replace top top cover, but i can't find the right part for it. i'm not sure if there is a difference between an azerty one and a qwerty one, if there is i need the part for the Belgian azerty version.
I want to know if the part is replaceable and where i can buy the right part for it.

2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

Hello
I first tried the option to look up the part and buy it. but it seems that you can not order the part i need to repair my laptop.
Then i tried with making a case. that was 2 weeks ago and i still didn't get an answer.
I just want to buy a replacement part and make my laptop look good again. am i doing something wrong ?

I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
- Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
