Omen laptop - fan works on low rpm

I am having the  problem in April 2019 with a HP omen 17 Gaming Lap top Windows 10.  When Gaming The left fan goes up to 2500ish range RPMs while the right fan stays at about 200ish and only goes up to 300 or 350 when the computer gets hot. If the right side fan could be controlled to go up to even 1000 RPM then we would all have alot more cooing in the laptop case as a whole.

Anyone solve this problem yet the OP had?

i just want to find a way to make the right side fan run a little faster. We all know it can run faster. If the fan Ran faster we would have secured a Temperature drop of almost ~5 C

I would like to inform you that the fan functions are system managed and there is no HP tools or options to turn on or off the system fan manually.

I'm afraid that's how the HP device is designed, making changes to fan speed may cause overclocking or over-throttling causing hardware malfunctions within the device and hence is not recommended or supported by HP.

If your device is overheating, please remember the below information:

NOTE: Generally, when temperatures inside the case rise above 35 degrees Celsius (95 degrees Fahrenheit), the risk of damaging important internal components increases greatly.

Also, to avoid the CPU damage, we do not recommend throttling or overclocking the CPU, I recommend you refrain from using high-performance games on this laptop as it's not built for the same.

I would suggest you refer to the support documents as this will help you in resolving the issue.

Let's start off by updating the Bios, Chipset and graphics card drivers on your PC from our HP support website, using this link.

Also, download and install HP support assistant on your PC. It should automatically download and install the latest updates and drivers for your PC.
