Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have been struggling to get new charger for Omni 10. Tried few service center without much success. Let me know where to purchase the new charger

You have two options, you can either replace the parts on your own using the HP Parts Surfer or HP shopping (used to find the universal part numbers), here's the link: Click here Or talk to an HP tech to discuss your options on getting the charger:

HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link:

  • Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
  • Select the product type.
  • Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
  • Select the country from the drop-down.
  • You should see the HP support number or Chat option listed
