Product: HP Notebook 15-dy1731ms
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

On initial boot up my laptop screen flickers and goes blank. I have to wait for a break in the flickering and quickly hit the restart button. Once rebooted the laptop works normally. Can anyone explain how to fix this. Laptop is up to date on updates.
