HP Thermal fan check has identified a critical failure in your system that requires repair.

Component tested: Thermal fan check
IMPORTANT:The test determined that there was a problem with the GPU fan speed and it may need to be replaced
Please tell me what should I do. My bios is up to date. My fan is making too much noise. Below are photos of fan errors and fan tests.System Fan (90B) Error

most probably you should change the fan, follow the steps in this link

The GPU fan needs to be replaced, just as the diagnostic test advised you.
The speed sensor portion of the fan has failed. It is an actual physical feature of the fan.
The speed sensor's output is what one of the fan wires is connected to.
There is no BIOS update that will resolve this.
