hello HP
I bought Hp Pavillion 15CS 1000TX model as well 2 years additional warranty before 7 months its working fine but one day it cant take charging from your adapter and get shock from metal body part of laptop then i call your engineer for further issue but due to the lockdown he unable to come and after around 2 months he came and he checked the issue he got one IC from motherboard was burn then he check the earthing issue of my home earthing was absolutely clear he got no any issue in earthing then i said to them my laptop under warranty please fix the issue under warranty ...for that he said we need to take approval from higher command we have to wait for it then around 2 week he said that issue is not cover under warranty...i feel so sad for that we are lower middle class people save the money from past 2 3 years to take good laptop and learn things which make our future better and i trust on HP that their laptops are good for performing, build quality and many more hence i go with HP and also I take Additional warranty too..Please help me out...
thank you

There is nothing our Community can do - HP Support makes all decisions about all service.
That said,
- I have submitted a request that someone take a look.
Worth Noting
- Please know that our Community is not HP Technical Support.
- Our request for assistance on your behalf does not influence the outcome: Our request is not a magic back door into HP.
- The time frame (how long it takes) for a response is not controlled by the Community.
- If / When there is a response, a Community moderator / agent will (should) post back on this thread before using other methods to contact you.
Note to those reading:
- Do not contact random numbers posted in a public or private message by “new members”. Vermin are looking for victims – don’t be next.
- Please do not post any personal or case information here - we cannot make use of the data.
- Posting personal information at a public site increases your risk from rats and scammers.
Thank you for participating in our HP Community.
