Product: Omen 15 2019
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I noticed that I suddenly have random stutters when gaming, and after monitoring it, it appears that my system is overheating. After more observations, I found out that one of my system fans is blowing the air towards the bottom instead of sucking it up.

 

My laptop model is Omen 15 dh-0180tx

Intel Core i7 9750H

Nvidia RTX 2060
