HP Recommended

I have an HP Spectre x360 15t-df000 running Windows 11that I put a new battery in.  When I booted up the laptop, one of the 2 cooling fan now runs all the time.  It is the left one.  I have blowen all the dust out of the air vents.  I have updated the bios to f.48.  I have run the HP Service Assistance and updated all the drivers.  I ran Windows update and updated all the software.  The cpu is temperature is at 43c.  The cpu is running at 4 to 5%.

It comes on as soon as you power it up before windows starts and runs at the same speed the hole time.

 

Does anyone know what might be causing 1 of the 2 fans to run all the time?
