As stated above, the fan on the right side of the laptop has started grinding, and periodically when I restart the PC, I am greeted with the message "the system has detected that a cooling fan is not operating properly [system fan 90B]". My main question is how should I go about getting a replacement, and is there anything I can do to mitigate the effects in the meantime?

thanks for the tip, I have come to the conclusion that the fan has entirely stopped working, do you have any idea of where I can get a replacement?
