I have recurring error messages "One of your disks is at risk (SMART event) . Please open Intel Optane Memory and Storage Management application for details" and the computer start to be very noisey. What I have to do? I cleaned redundant applications and backup procceses, I disabled processes in the start-up. Is there a reason to reformat the computer or to take him to the lab? Thank you all.

You will have a diagnostic app to test the hard drive. Your laptop actually does not have a traditional hard drive but an NVME M.2 SSD. You need to run a diagnostic on the SSD itself to see if it is going bad. The noise is hard to explain as the SSD has no moving parts. Doing software fixes like clearing startup apps will not help if it is a hardware issue. Neither will reformatting.
I would definitely do a backup NOW as your data is at some risk.
