HP Stream Notebook - 11-d060sa

I need to replace the battery on my Stream 11 - d060sa and have undone all the screws on the back but still can't open the case! The only gap I can see is inside, where the keyboard fits in, but it's not wide enough for fingernails and I don't want to try hitting it.
I have looked everywhere else I can think of for information and tried the Virtual Assistant.
How is it done, please?

Hi:

Below is the link to the service manual for your notebook.

Chapter 5 has the procedure for opening up the notebook.

Did you remove the screws under the rubber feet and under the screw covers?

Thank you, that's very helpful.
Yes, I had removed all the rubbery bits - I just wasn't sure what I was separating from what. I also found a YouTube video, which was even more helpful; but I think I'll pay someone to do it, because it looks fiddly and my fingers are very arthritic.

You're very welcome.
