Hello,
I just got a shiny new HP Pavilion Laptop 15-cc020ng (PN:2HR13EA#ABD) 🙂
http://www8.hp.com/de/de/products/laptops/product-detail.html?oid=17275044
All looks good except that the case looks really hard to open! There is no "door for RAM" that I am used to and the construction seems sturdy enough with a new aluminium lip from the KBD panel.
How do I open the case without brekaing anything, e.g. when I decide to add more RAM?
Just loosening all the "+" screws at the bottom (3) and front (2) doesn't seem to work.

Hi,
On page 37 of the service manual you can see how to remove the base cover (there are screws under the plastic feet).
On page 44 you can see the steps to upgrade RAM.

These HP videos can also help in any upgrade you need to perform:
Hope it helps,

Thank you very much, yes it is a 10/10 hit!
I tried but couldn't find the service manual before, thank you for the link!
Now I know I will have to remove the rubber feet when I decide to upgrade the RAM (didn't want to accidentally ruin them on a brand new PC).
Cheers!
