Hi all,
I'm using a HP Notebook - 15-ac092tu and my Optical Drive is not working since quite a long time. I searched online for solutions, and I ran both the Sequential Test and Random Read Test and both of them failed and gave me a Failure ID which I have attached below.
Failure ID: 90FPLF-82T9SM-XD7WMG-6HKP03
Now I don't know what to do further. Please help and advise.

The optical drive will need to be replaced. Its extremely easy to do. See p. 33 here. Basically flip it over, remove one screw and slide out the drive:

Hello, your optical drive appears to be faulty and probably need to be replace.. What is appears exactly when you try to read a disc? Do you have try different discs?? And cleaned the lens??
If you need to replace it, it have the HP reference 813952-001, I don't know where you can to buy in India..
