Heya I was wondering about cancellations on weekends, I know support doesn’t work on the weekend but is the cancellation process automated at all? I don’t want a computer that I asked to cancel, to arrive and have to send back 😕

Honestly, I do not know whether the cancellation process is automated in your region.

 

My thought is that the process is not automated because it might be easier for someone to get in and cancel something you actually do want.  For example: You might not miss a USB stick - you would certainly miss an expensive fully loaded custom mobile workstation that costs thousands of dollars.

 

What to do?

The community does not want (and cannot make use of) your private / purchase information.  We are a user group.
